SpaceX will not attempt a second static fire of its Falcon 9 engines today.
The company has not announced when a second test will be performed at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
The rocket's nine first-stage engines fired around 1 p.m. today but cut off early.
It is not immediately clear how the the need for another test might affect plans to launch the Falcon 9 and Dragon spacecraft Tuesday on a NASA demonstration flight.
