SpaceX will make a second attempt today to perform a test-firing of the first stage of a Falcon 9 rocket being prepped to fly a NASA demonstration flight as early as next Tuesday.
Nine Merlin 1C engines will fire for approximately three seconds during the test, which is being carried out at Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The window for the test-firing stretches from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.
