Liquid hydrogen levels in the external tank has reached the 98-percent full level this morning (or about two-thirds complete). There's still about an hour to go, but so far there is no sign of leaking during this fueling operation.
At this point during launch attempts on June 13 and June 17, engineers detected higher-than-allowable levels of gaseous hydrogen leaking from a vent line. Gaseous hydrogen is highly flammable and potentially dangerous.
So, the tanking operation is proceeding smoothly.
The weather forecast still is not so great. There's a 60 percent chance of conditions violating weather rules. The launch attempt last night was called off because of storms approaching the launch complex. The attempt Saturday was scrubbed because of lightning strikes at the pad.
Storms are expected to develop again this afternoon and evening.
