Discovery crew prepares to undock

At 5:56 a.m. EDT the hatch will close between Discovery and the International Space Station, ending a visit marked by three spacewalks and the delivery of 17,000 pounds of cargo.

Discovery's crew of seven and the six-member crew of the ISS are sharing a final meal. The mission marked the first time four women have been in space at one time.

Discovery performed a final inspection of the thermal protection system before undocking.

Undocking will come at 8:52 a.m. and final separation from ISS will be at 10:35 a.m. Discovery is scheduled to land Monday morning at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

Three shuttle missions remain before the program ends.
