Live at Cape: Atlas V countdown in planned hold

Today's Atlas V launch countdown has entered a planned 20-minute hold, which is scheduled to last 20 minutes.

A weather briefing will prompt managers to decide if it's still possible to proceed with a 5:12 p.m. liftoff of two NASA satellites.

Or, opportunities at 5:22 p.m. or 5:32 p.m. might offer more acceptable conditions.

A thunderstorm passing west of Cape Canaveral is currently violating some launch criteria.
