A U.S. astronaut will appear on “The Colbert Report” (11:30 p.m. Tuesday) to announce the name for the newest room on the International Space Station, after the comedian persuaded fans to write in his name in an online NASA contest.
Colbert received about 230,000 of the 1 million votes, beating out all other suggestions.
