Launch director Mike Leinbach has given the go-ahead to resume the countdown.
Nine minutes and counting. Discovery and seven astronauts are now in the final moments on the launch pad. They appear to be on track for a liftoff tonight.
"It's truly an honor to be part of this team," Commander Lee Archambault said after getting word moments ago from Launch Director Mike Leinbach that the shuttle was clear to fly.
