Live at KSC: Astronauts prepare to kick the tires

The Atlantis astronauts have doffed their partial-pressure launch-and-entry suits, climbed out of the orbiter and soon will be walking around their spaceship on Runway 15 at Kennedy Space Center.

The astronauts now are in a crew transport vehicle that is a modified people-mover that NASA acquired from Dulles Airport in Virginia. Mission commander Stephen Frick and his crew are expected to make a customary walk-around of the vehicle.
