Discovery's astronauts aborted the deployment of the second solar wing because they were not happy with the camera views available at this time. They are maneuvering the station and shuttle robot arms -- both of which are equipped with cameras -- and as soon as they get adequate views, they'll restart the deployment and fully unfurl the second array.
