Live in orbit: Turn, turn, turn

A 17.5-ton solar power girder is being mounted on the far left end of the International Space Station's central truss as crane operators Stephanie Wilson and Dan Tani rock to the 1960s hit "Spinning Wheel" by Blood, Sweat and Tears.

The music is being played to make sure that spacewalker Douglas Wheelock knows that the communications link with robot arm operators inside the station is still good. Wheelock is using a pistol grip power tool to drive a capture latch. Appropriately, the song now has switched to "Turn, Turn, Turn" by The Byrds.
