Morgan weak on return

At left: At a press conference five hours after landing, Barbara Morgan said: "The room still spins a little bit, but that's OK. My first plan is to get rid of the room spinning, and that should happen pretty soon. It's actually pretty interesting if you could be in my body."

Teacher-turned-astronaut Barbara Morgan, who reported feeling disoriented early in the mission, had difficulty readjusting to gravity when she returned to Earth on Tuesday. So she remained in a medical van while the other six members of the crew inspected Endeavour on the runway.

"This was Barbara's first flight. She was feeling just a little bit under the weather," said NASA Administrator Mike Griffin, who added that the medical staff said she was not seriously ill.

"The flight crew officer said she was doing just fine, but she wasn't able to stand up and walk around in the Florida heat," Griffin said.

"Having stood up and walked around in the Florida heat, I was about ready to join her," said Griffin. "Nothing more than that."
