Rollover delayed until Friday

The rollover of the space shuttle Discovery from the Orbiter Processing Facility to the Vehicle Assembly Building will not happen today. Managers have decided to try again tomorrow, providing time to make repairs to part of the crane used to lift the orbiter into the vertical position for mating to the external tank and solid rocket boosters. The plan now calls for first motion of the orbiter at 8 a.m. on Friday.
