Launch controllers are continuing to pump fuel into tanks aboard a Lockheed Martin Atlas 5 rocket at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and liftoff remains scheduled for 4:27 p.m.
The weather continues to look good, and engineers are not working any problems that would prohibit an on-time launch.
In the event of any hitches late in the countdown, the window for today's Atlas launch will extend through 7:16 p.m.
