A three-mile Blast Danger Zone surrounding the Atlas launch pad at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station has been cleared of all personnel.
Mission managers, meanwhile, are preparing for a briefing prior to the scheduled beginning of fuel-loading operations around 2:12 p.m.
The Atlas and its satellite payload remain scheduled for launch between 4:27 p.m. and 7:16 p.m.
