Go for takeoff

NASA launch director Chuck Dovale, who's based out of Kennedy Space Center, got a "go" from his team for takeoff of the aircraft carrying the Pegasus rocket and the ST5 payload. The L-1011 plane is to take off at 9:04 a.m. EST, or 6:04 a.m. Pacific time. It's still dark at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
