The planned overnight launch of a Delta IV rocket was scrubbed for the second time.
This time: weather is to blame.
The launch of the GPS payload was reset for early Saturday. The 19-minute launch window will open at 2:41 a.m. Saturday. The forecast calls for a 70 percent chance of favorable weather.
United Launch Alliance said bad weather prevented the launch team from rolling the Mobile Service Tower away from the vehicle tonight.
The rocket is carrying a GPS payload for the Air Force. Originally, launch had been scheduled for Thursday but was delayed 24 hours to deal with a technical issue.
