True...the law and taxes are for the little people. There are no rule for the rich, they do whatever they want. And this cartoon is a perfect illustration of the rich battling for control of the power. Truth be told they could give a crap about the law.

Good riddance to Constellation and let's get "new space" started!

Bolden is being investigated by the NASA Inspector General at this time for conflict of interest.

It is great shame that Obama, Gaver, Bolden and Senator Nelsen does not support manned space flight and the NASA workers.

Why doesn't the stimulus package extend the Space Shuttle to 2016? Save 25,000 jobs.

Taxpayers are only supporting foreign countries, Obama campaign vehicle - Air Force One, White House weekly parties and Iraq.

Yes! The constitution is over 200 years old! We should ignore the legality of that too!

We use the Constitution everyday, this law has been unenforced and openly disregarded by NASA since it's inception. It reminds me of blue laws...

It's all about the jobs. Oink, oink, oink.

NASA doesn't explore anything, it is only a jobs program.

The only problem is that the rest of us are sick of picking up the tab.
