A Russian, an American and a European are onboard a Soyuz FG rocket at Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan today as clocks tick toward a launch to the International Space Station.
Oleg Kononenko, Don Pettit and Andre Kuipers rode a bus from crew quarters to the launch pad earlier today and then climbed aboard a Soyuz spacecraft mounted on top of the rocket. Liftoff is scheduled for 8:16 a.m. EST.
