Mission managers are retargeting the planned 6:14 p.m. launch of a Delta IV rocket and a new weather satellite to 6:24 p.m. A delay to later in the window is expected. Launch window extends until 7:14 p.m. tonight. Weather is expected to clear in time for a launch attempt.
