Weather is "go" for launch

Countdown to the planned 7:20 a.m. launch of a Delta 2 rocket and NASA's Dawn spacecraft has entered a final built-in hold at the T-Minus 4-minute mark and Launch Weather Officer Joel Tumbiolo reports that weather conditions are "go" for launch.

Mission managers will be conducting a go/no-go poll among launch engineers, and if all remains well, the countdown clocks will pick up at 7:16 a.m. for a 7:20 a.m. blastoff from Launch Complex 17B at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

I think there are both civilian and military Launch Weather Officers with the 45th Space Wing Weather Squadron, and I'm pretty positive the voice on the loop was Joel Tumbiolo's.....
