He should have sent one to Mecca as part of our Muslim world outreach program. They could stick it right there next to the Kaaba.
Houston deserved to have one more than California -- that stinks that they are not getting one. The reasoning for sending one to California just doesn't make much sense, compared to the part that Houston has played in Shuttle (and space flight in general) history.
