James V. Sponnick, vice president of mission operations for United Launch Alliance, will speak Tuesday at the National Space Club on "The Dynamic World of Space Launch."The lunch program begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Radisson at the Port, Cape Canaveral.
Sponnick is responsible for the integration and launch of all missions. He is responsible for the management and execution of the ULA manifest. Before joining ULA, Sponnick had been vice president of Atlas programs for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Denver, Colorado, since 2003.
