NASA Scrubs Discovery Launch; Reschedules For Friday

NASA has scrubbed the planned launch today of shuttle Discovery as a result of rainy weather and a poor forecast.

Discovery and six astronauts now are tentatively set for launch at 3:04 p.m. Friday.

The weather forecast for Friday is markedly better than the 80 percent "no-go" weather NASA was facing today. Air Force meteorologists say there is a 60 percent chance conditions on Friday will be acceptable for launch.

Now wind will be the issue. Difficult week to launch.
Don't forget the SRB ships out at sea. Not a fun ride.

Maybe in the future you will think twice before you post a comment. Obviously you have flawed thinking.

It just baffles the mind that some people think they are smarter than the people that built the thing!
