Weather delays shuttle Atlantis rollout again

For the second straight day the rollout of space shuttle Atlantis was delayed due to weather.

Atlantis was scheduled to leave the Vehicle Assembly Building at 6 p.m. Tuesday for the 3.4 mile crawl to launch pad 39A.

At 5:30 p.m. clouds were starting to roll in at Kennedy Space Center. Weather officials determined lightning would likely be in the area at some point during the six hours it would take Atlantis to get to the launch pad.

Crews will try again at 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the crew for Atlantis is scheduled to arrive at KSC any minute for training.
