The briefing will feature Mike Moses, shuttle launch integration manager, and Pete Nickolenko, launch director for the STS-127 mission.
Developing thunderstorms near Kennedy Space Center scrubbed Endeavour's launch for the second consecutive day.
NASA has reset the launch for 6:03 p.m. Wednesday.
Endeavour's seven astronauts are in the process of exiting Endeavour for a ride back to crew quarters.

I hope the cost of these attempts are being picked up by Lockheed, since it would have launched the first time if they had built the tank correctly, with a properly alligned vent connector.
It appears that OUR former USA Space Program has taken a BACK SEAT to the Russian efforts, OUR so-called former enemy.
We use Russian built rocket engines in the Atlas V to send the LRO and now cause OUR program to be bumped in FAVOR of the Russians!
Does that sound backward to any of YOU?
I see TREASON in DC!! WAKE UP AMERICA!!! The BRAIN DEAD Society!

The STS-127 will be my 659TH mission since joining the US Space Program in 1958. So, do not question my expert background.

I have posted many responses on your comment pages dealing with KSC.
NONE have been successful in appearing on those comments! WHY??????
I joined what WAS the US Space Program in 1958. Two years PRIOR to NASA!
I have assisted in launching or viewing 658 missions since then.
Editor, I AM AN EXPERT on NASA and the decline of OUR US Space Programs.
Am I being cancelled because I am an EXPERT??
We are using Russian rocket engines in our Atlas V boosters that sent the LRO to orbit the moon. WHY???
Why, when WE have rocket engine manufacturers HERE in the USA?? They need the work HERE!
I hope you have the good manners to reply.
Thank you.
