Endeavour's next launch attempt will be at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday.
Launch Director Pete Nickolenko just informed Endeavour's seven astronauts.
Launch teams will get a day off off after two consecutive attempts Sunday and Monday.
The forecast is better Wednesday, with a 40 percent chance of bad weather, compared to a 60 percent chance Tuesday.
Nickolenko directed KSC workers to close the Rotating Service Structure around Endeavour at launch pad 39A so a loose cover around a forward thruster can be fixed.
NASA officials are expected to discuss their plans at an upcoming press conference, which you'll be able to watch live here.

Wednesday was originally not expected to be a launch opportunity because of a Russian Progress cargo spacecraft that will launch to the International Space Station later this month.
Negotiations with the Russian Federal Space Agency may have changed the schedule for the Progress launch so that Endeavour's mission would not overlap after launch Wednesday or later.
NASA previously said it planned to stand down after Tuesday until July 27.
