Saving Hubble, our ongoing project about next year's mission to repair and upgrade the vaunted space telescope, launched just before Christmas.
The first component of the project is a look at just 10 of the thousands of people who've worked on the Hubble project since it's beginning, from astronauts to engineers to astronomers. You can read about them and see video interviews with them at our Hubble site; see the link below.
Also, you can see interactive multimedia graphics about the telescope, how it works and it's great discoveries to date. There's more to come in the spring, as the space shuttle servicing mission nears. Currently, that flight is slated for May.
