NASA managers have begun a meeting to decide how to fix a suspect through-tank connector and launch Atlantis.
Watch The Flame Trench for reports from a press conference scheduled no earlier than 5 p.m.

Diagnostic tests traced the malfunction to a through-tank connector that relies on friction to maintain an electrical connection after the connector is super-cooled by liquid hydrogen.
