Shuttle, station fly over monster storm; Endeavour crew continues final inspection

The astronauts aboard shuttle Endeavour and the International Space Station, flying not far apart from each other, have gotten some incredible images of an impressive looking Category 4 Hurricane Dean. They'll get another look on the next orbit.

Meanwhile, the survey of the orbiter's heat-shielding continues. The orbiter boom sensor system is now being used to take a close up look at the panels at the front edge of Endeavour's left wing. There's a little over an hour left in the inspection. Thus far, no serious obvious issues to report based on the televised images.
