The orbiter Endeavour is scheduled to move to Kennedy Space Center's Vehicle Assembly Building today as NASA continues preparations for its planned Aug. 7 launch on a mission to the International Space Station.
First motion had been set for 6:30 a.m., and the orbiter was to be in the transfer aisle of the assembly building around 8 a.m. The doors at the bay now are open, an indication that the move should soon be under way.
We'll keep you posted.
