How about some astronaut ice cream?
With the turnaround of Atlantis, launch director Mike Leinbach owes NBC reporter Jay Barbree dinner. Barbree asked in a Sunday press conference whether a shift in the forecast might prompt the team to stop the rollback and go back to the pad. "If that scenario played out, I'd buy you dinner," Leinbach said to laughter. "I'd buy Kathy (Winters, shuttle forecaster) dinner. If we start the rollback physically, yeah, we can shift gears. That's not a problem. ... That's so extraordinarily rare, and that's way out there."
