Shuttle Discovery and seven astronauts are set to launch July 1 on the agency's second post-Columbia test flight, a mission that will double as a supply run the International Space Station.Spacewalks to be done on the mission are critical to NASA's plans to resume construction of the half-built orbiting outpost in late August as well as the agency's plans to develop means for astronauts to make shuttle heat-shield repairs in orbit.
