Shuttle crew checks out payload

Discovery's astronauts on Friday inspected the payload they intend to ferry up to the International Space Station during a test flight scheduled to launch on July 1.

The payload bay survey is traditionally done during NASA's Terminal Countdown Demonstration Test, a two-day practice countdown that serves as a dress rehearsal for launch.
